CHINO, CA — Scienscope is introducing its newly redesigned X-Scope 3000 X-ray inspection system at SMTAI 2022. It will be shown along with an incoming material system with a top and handheld scanner and the AXC- 800 III component counter. The Scienscope smart storage
rack offers an easy and accurate way to store components. It can be integrated with a component counter or incoming reel labeling machine. This provides accurate inventory with a unique ID num- ber and each reel location is stored for quick retrieval. Scienscope's smart storage rack automatically detects when each reel is placed and removed. Multicolor LEDs make simultaneous multi-kitting possible. Customization is avail- able to fit specific needs. MES integration is accessible through a Scienscope counter or a label scan- ner computer. The award-winning IMS-100
incoming material station has a high-resolution barcode camera system with an image-based algo- rithm that reads any barcode, even with defects. It reads and stores the information of four 7 in. (178 mm) reels simultaneously. As
