Stencil Cleaning Roll ROCKA has developed and manufactures its
own stencil cleaning roll. The paper helps to maintain the quality of the printing process and is designed to remove solder paste residues and other viscous materials attached to the stencil apertures or contact surface. Taking care of the cleaning system is a crit-
ical part of the printing process. For optimal per- formance, maintenance is as important as choos- ing the right SMT stencil clean roll. While cost
savings is an everyday objective, quality should not be sacrificed for a few cents. Decreasing cost with a smaller roll or standardizing to the same size for all SMT printers helps with cleaning maintenance.
