l ESD Surveys: The company offers no-fee ESD surveys by partnering with DESCO Indus- tries. Using the ESDA’s ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard and calibrated test equipment, a DE- SCO rep takes measurements and makes observations on ESD control plans. Upon survey com- pletion, DESCO provides a writ- ten report of the findings with suggestions for improvements if needed.
l Reclamation Services: Mur- ray Percival partners with Al- pha Assembly Solutions to offer recplamation services. They help recycle solder scrap for cus- tomers by turning in the re- claimable raw materials for credit. Raw materials include dross from wave soldering, un- used or expired solder paste, used cartridges, syringes, gloves, and wipes, pot dump from soldering machines, dross from wave soldering, and popu- lated scrap boards.
l Solder Analysis: The compa- ny offers solder analysis kits through Alpha Assembly Solu- tions. The Alpha Pot Rite pro- gram is designed to evaluate solder samples taken from wave soldering machines, selective solder systems and solder pots to provide a precise report on the condition of the solder.
l Thermal Profiling: Murray Percival partners with ECD for thermal profiling. Thermal pro- filing is the only way to fully un- derstand what is happening in the reflow soldering process.
l Vendor Managed Invento- ry: The company can manage customer maintenance, repair,
and operations materials. It helps cut down on costs and eliminates line down situations. It also saves on both freight and customer time, particularly the time spent entering POs.
l Demos: Murray Percival of- fers both virtual and in-person demos at its demo facility in Auburn Hills, Michigan, as well as onsite demos at customer fa- cilities depending on the appli- cation. In the in-house demo room, the company can run cus-
