700W Digital Quarter Brick SAN JOSE, CA — Flex Power Modules has launched a new 700W digital quarter brick DC- DC converter. The through-hole mounted BMR684 is targeted at RFPA applications needing a 50V supply at up to 14A for gallium nitride (GaN) or laterally diffused MOSFET (LDMOS) power ampli- fiers, and a wide adjustment range of 25 to 55V is offered to help system designers achieve the optimum efficiency and linearity of the power amplifier. The device achieves an

impressive 96% efficiency at full load, and has a maximum base- plate operating temperature of 212°F (100°C). The converter input range is 36 to 75 VDC and a remote control function is included, along with remote sense. Input-output isolation is 1,500 VDC, and the device is packaged in the industry-stan- dard quarter brick format meas- uring 2.3 x 1.45 x 0.5 in. (58.4 x 36.8 x 12.7 mm). LEMO Expands M Series
ROHNERT PARK, CA — LEMO has expanded its field-proven M Series with a new multi coaxial configuration, named LM.232, available in size LM with up to 12x coaxial contacts. These new plugs and fixed sockets have been specifically designed to sat- isfy the most stringent high-fre- quency connection requirements under very demanding environ- mental conditions. This new insert configura-
tion integrates 12x coaxial con- tacts type 0R (50 Ohm), allowing the transmission of high fre- quency data up to 26.5 GHz with
a low Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR). The coaxial con- tact is easy to mount, due to its crimp contact and retaining clip. It is designed to be terminated with a flexible low loss communi- cation cable, LMR-100A or MUL- TIFLEX 86. Typical applications are wireless network 5G wireless networks, radar systems, battle- field communications and UAV
anti-drone technology. Contact: LEMO USA, Inc.,
