Easily Mix Coatings with the Hauschild SpeedMixer SMART DAC

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI — The Hauschild SpeedMixer® is a bladeless laboratory mixing system for the rapid mixing, dispersal or pul- verizing of different substances and/or chem- icals like coatings, within particularly short times and with reproducible results. Hauschild Engineering has been the market leader in this field for decades. At the Euro- pean Coatings Show, the company presents its new Hauschild SpeedMixer SMART DAC series. They combine craftsmanship and ex-

pertise with SMART innovations like real- time temperature control, cool- ing, vacuum-robotic, sensor inte- gration, variable counter rota- tion, Internet of things compli- ance, QR-code reader, remote control, and automatic pot cool- ing system. Furthermore, the industry

leader increased the capacity of its Hauschild SpeedMixer, offer- ing more choices for specific ap- plications. The SMART DAC se- ries allows mixing from 250g up to 1.5 and 2 kg. All SMART DAC will be available with mixing vol- ume from 310 ml up to 2.8 liters. On top, the company shows

new “giant” variants of its double asymmetric long radius centrifu- gal mixers called Hauschild SpeedMixer SMART DAC LR 1100, 1500 or 2000. These new lab-scale units are powerful enough for highly viscous materi- als, offer container volumes up to 1 gal, and can even mix multiple samples at once. For companies with highly

automated laboratories and small quantities production Hauschild offers a robotic version — now also with vacuum option for perfect degassing which is the first device of this kind on the market. Up to 500 programs with
