Traditionally, mats in heavy traffic areas have been low performance and often need further mats in entryways to provide adequate functionality. Public spaces have presented specifiers and contractors with problems, as the large surface area and high volume of people have led to an increased level of soil and moisture in the entryway. The undersized, monochromatic mats that were used to deal with this problem proved to be insufficient. THREE-PRONGED ATTACK For the best protection against the
