CLEANING CONTRACTOR Velstand Facility Management offers many of the same services cleaning contractors all over the world offer. This includes daily cleaning and maintenance, floor care, carpet care, window cleaning, etc. However, they also have a number of add-on services such as security, landscaping, repair services, pest control and pesticide services.
Offering all these add-on services is likely one reason Velstand has become irreplaceable. Today, building managers prefer to use as few vendors as possible. Not only does this make it easier for them – one call to one vendor to handle most all of their cleaning and building needs – it is also a cost savings because they receive just one invoice from one vendor for a variety of services.
