Key to the effectiveness and efficiency of the Multiwash range is the two contra-rotating cylindrical brushes. Due to the high brush pressure, the bristles safely dig deep into porous tiles and grout lines loosening and removing soils. As the brushes are so effective, it uses about 30% less water—which usually means less chemical as well—making it easy on the environment and the user. In addition, using less water means floors are dry in minutes, making the machine perfect for busy facilities.
Multiwash scrubber dryers are available in three widths – 24 cm, 34 cm or 44 cm and they all clean right to the edge of any floor. All of which doesn’t alter the fact that, whatever type of scrubber dryer or scrubbing machine your team is using, getting the dilution right, and not adding ‘a bit more to be sure’ is essential to achieving sustainable cleaning. Make sure that everybody who cleans for you is fully aware of the importance to the environment, and to your company’s success, of diluting chemicals exactly to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Make sure that all concerned have the graduated measuring vessels necessary to do it accurately, and that they remember to keep the measures clean so that different cleaning
products do not get mixed, which at best could reduce the effectiveness of their cleaning and, at worst, cause a chemical reaction that could liberate toxic gases.
