JSB – WWEM Stand J12 Katronic Technologies Ltd – WWEM Stand M1
Katronic will be showing their well-proven British-built range of non- invasive clamp-on fl owmeters for liquids and gas. KATfl ow fl owmeters share a common ultrasonic heart and range that includes a hand-held portable, a long battery life remote fl ow monitor, a full-specifi cation wall mounted fl owmeter with up to 11 specifi able process outputs and an ATEX unit for fl ow and energy measurement. All feature the same intuitive programming and, crucially, the same high performance. Operate one KATfl ow fl owmeter and you can operate any of them. Test an application with a hand-heldKATfl ow 200 and know for certain that any fl owmeter in the range will give the same result.
Come and visit the stand, see for yourself just how easy a Katronic fl owmeter is to set up, and fi nd out how the unique Audible Positioning Assistant built into every KATfl ow clamp-on fl owmeter fi ne-tunes sensor positioning to make sure that you get the perfect result.

Kobold has released the latest version of its electronic digital pressure gauge; the model MAN-SC for battery power, and the model MAN-LC for 24Vdc power, with analogue output and IO-link.
Outwardly, the two versions are similar in appearance and share most of the screen functionality features which are now accessed via capacitive touchpads. However, depending on the application and use, each instrument version may be defi ned differently. For example, the battery powered instrument is defi ned as a digital pressure gauge, while the 24Vdc version can be defi ned as a digital pressure transmitter with switch.

The 5-digit display comes with 16mm digits and capacitive touchpads, and a rotatable display head. Sensor ranges are from vacuum to1600 BAR with selectable measuring units. Another unique application feature, only available from Kobold, is the calculation of force value which is included in the programming menu.

The new F-Search MPs available in the UK from JSB allows users to easily identify and quantify unknown microplastics (MPs) in the environment, with a sophisticated search program and mass spectral libraries ofpyrolyzates. The software is used with the data obtained by pyrolysis-gas chromatography/ mass spectrometry and the analytical process is very easy and straightforward. F-SEARCH MPs is compatible with all major GC/MS systems equipped with Frontier Lab analytical Pyrolyzer.
The creation of calibration curves and quick quantifi cation is done automatically for the registered plastic types using external or internal standards. A reference polymer mixture in inorganic diluents is also included for easy weighing. F-Search MPs automatically performs quantifi cation, and the results are instantly reported for the environmental MPs.
Twelve commonly used polymers are registered in the libraries, and the software allows to users to establish their own libraries.
The registered polymers are Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polystyrene, ABS (Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin), SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber), PMMA (Polymethyl methacrylate), Polycarbonate, Polyvinyl chloride, Polyurethane (MDI type), PET (Polyethylene terephthalate), Nylon-6, Nylon-66.
