Air Monitoring 45 New multigas emissions analyser
Servomex has launched the SERVOPRO 4900 Multigas, a high-performance continuous emissions (CEMS) analyser. Designed for the measurement of criterion pollutants, greenhouse gases and reference oxygen, the 4900 Multigas uses a range of Servomex’s industry-leading digital sensing technologies for ultra-stable, reliable CEMS monitoring of flue gases.
The 4900 Multigas can be configured with a combination of paramagnetic, infrared and gas filter correlation sensors, and unites high-specification monitoring power with a low cost of ownership.
When matched with a suitable sampling system, this makes it ideal for multiple measurements at MCERT/QAL1 certification of the pollutants NO, SO2
and CO, plus O2 with outstanding accuracy.
Contained within a compact, robust next-generation platform, the 4900 Multigas is designed to integrate easily into CEMS systems and cabinets.
As the successor to the highly successful SERVOPRO 4900 CEMS analyser, it is fully backwards compatible with existing 4900 installations, delivering the same key measurements alongside improvements in communications and control.
An intuitive, icon-driven colour touchscreen allows for enhanced user interaction and device configuration, while digital protocols include RS232/RS485 Modbus and PROFIBUS, with Ethernet Modbus TCP/IP to follow.
The ultra-stable, non-depleting sensing technologies and auto-calibration function ensure minimal maintenance which results in low lifetime ownership costs, while USB connectivity facilitates easy data logging and software updates.
The 4900 Multigas also provides up to four analogue inputs, eight digital inputs, 32 alarms and 32 relays. Servomex’s Charles Segar, Product Manager for Industrial and Trace Analysers, said: “The new 4900 Multigas is a key component of our comprehensive CEMS solution for the market.
“It delivers the range of critical CEMS measurements our customers require, with the stability and reliability they demand. The next-generation platform’s enhanced user interface and advanced communications ensure trusted performance that matches the needs of modern industry.” For More Info, email:

The duct mount EE850 from E+E Elektronik measures CO2 concentration up to 10000 ppm (1 %), as well as relative
humidity (RH) and temperature (T). It is ideal for demand controlled ventilation, building automation and also for climate and process control. The 3-in-1 sensor features a dew point temperature (Td) and a passive temperature output.
The EE850 incorporates the E+E dual wavelength NDIR CO2 sensor, which is highly insensitive to pollution. The CO2 autocalibration ensures excellent long-term stability, while
the temperature compensation leads to high measurement accuracy over the entire working range from -20 to 60 °C (-4...140 °F). The CO2
device enclosure and thus very well protected.
The combined RH/T sensing element is placed inside the probe. The E+E proprietary coating protects the sensing element from dust and corrosion, which leads to accurate measurement even in harsh environment. It also improves the long-term stability by preventing stray impedances caused by deposits on the active sensor surface.
The CO2
, RH, T and Td measured data is available on the analogue outputs. Additionally, the EE850 features a passive T output. Configuration and adjustment can be easily performed with an optional adapter and the free EE-PCS configuration software.
External mounting holes allow for mounting the transmitter with closed cover. This saves time and protects the electronics from construction site pollution. Alternatively, the device can be installed with the mounting flange included in the scope of supply.

, CH4 and Calorific value.
As with the biogas model of the analyser, MCA 100 Syn- remote- P operates on standard PCs and Smartphones (Android, iOS, Windows , etc...), or via a LAN, as well as USB (Wi -Fi as an option).
Inside the analyser there is a suction pump which can be activated by software, a valve for regulating the flow with video indication, an in-line filter for the removal of dust, in addition to the optical bench and the electronics required to operate the instrument.
The analyser saves the data in a directory inside the instrument. The system divides and subdivides the log file in different folders named as the current date of analysis. To download the data , the user only needs to insert a memory stick into the mail panel, select the log file in question (which will be shown with date and time ) and the system will automatically download the data on the pen drive, removing the original file from the internal memory and avoiding the risk of filling the memory. The analyser is supplied in an impact-resistant case, with IP67protection.
