Jenway’s Comprehensive Range of Spectrophotometers
New Spectrophotometers are an Icon of Usability
The new 73 series introduces four new spectrophotometers to the extensive Jenway range. The two basic models, 7300 and 7305 feature measurement modes for absorbance, % transmittance and concentration. The advanced models, 7310 and 7315, introduce additional measurement modes such as scanning, kinetics and quantitation.
The advanced models have the additional feature of an easy access USB port on the front of the unit which enables methods and results to be stored directly to a USB memory stick.
Models 7310 and 7315 models have enhanced security features preventing unauthorised changes to the instrument settings and method parameters. The home page can also be customised and selected modes restricted, which is ideal for teaching laboratories.
All four models are supplied with free bi-directional PC software which enables the units to be controlled via PC. The PC software suite also provides enhanced post measurement tools and easy exportation of results to Microsoft Excel. The new 73 Series spectrophotometers are all covered by a three year warranty that includes the xenon lamp. There is also an extensive range of accessories available to increase productivity and meet the needs of any laboratory.

Jenway offer four ranges of visible and UV/visible spectrophotometers which have been designed to suit a wide range of budgets, industries and applications.
The 63 series are entry-level spectrophotometers which are ideal for routine analysis. Models 6300 and 6305 include measurement modes for absorbance, %transmittance and concentration. This range also includes the Genova, which is a spectrophotometer dedicated for life science applications.
The 73 series spectrophotometers are the latest addition to the Jenway range. These new single beam spectrophotometers use icon driven software and have an improved navigation system. The 7305 and 7315 models use a press to read xenon lamp to provide accurate readings and extend lamp life.
The 67 series spectrophotometers are a range of split beam visible and UV/visible spectrophotometers that possess a host of novel features. These include a colour touch screen, secure multi-user operation, a full range of plug-in accessory modules and flash synchronised scanning which allows the 67 series to achieve scan speeds of 1500nm/min, even when scanning at a resolution of 0.1nm.
The 6800 is Jenway’s first true double beam UV/visible spectrophotometer that possesses a robust, traditional design that is complemented by the clear and intuitive, Windows based, Flight Deck PC software. The highly stable optics and 1.5nm spectral bandwidth ensures high resolution and accuracy on every measurement.
All of the Jenway spectrophotometers are supported by a wide range of accessories which have been designed to increase productivity.
