Tursday, June 10 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Blackberry Oaks Golf Course, 2245 Kennedy Rd., Bristol Te City and the Yorkville Educational Foundation benefit to support programs to help special needs students.
Summer Solstice Indie Music Festival
5 to 11 p.m. Friday, June 25, and noon to 11 p.m. Saturday, June 26, at Riverfront Park. Live bands, food vendors. Presented by Rogue Barrister Productions, Te Law Office Pub & Music Hall, and the City of Yorkville.
Yorkville July 4th Celebration
Sunday, July 4 Parade followed by food and music at Town Square Park Fireworks in the evening.

Local businesses put up scarecrow displays throughout the wooded area of the park for residents to view during October. Biz Boo is held annually by the Yorkville Area Chamber of Commerce.
