Dorset Bike Ride 2020
This year’s Macmillan Dorset Bike Ride will take place on Sunday 5 July.
The 32nd event starts from Corfe Mullen Recreation Ground Badbury View Road. There are four circular rides to choose from, including the 38 miles which runs beside the river Stour and down Winterbourne Valley. The 48 and 63 mile rides go further into the middle of Dorset and the Macmillan Dorset 100 is an amazing trip through 100 miles of Dorset’s country lanes.
Nearly 100 volunteers will turn out to support the riders on the day. Refreshments, marshals and bike mechanics all help to provide a great day out for all those taking part.
The ride is sponsored by Sunseeker International, and supported by Primera, Hendy, and Coles Miller. Thanks to their help, money contributed in entry fees and for cycling jerseys can go to help people living with cancer.
