Sigma TSA, part of The Delta Education Trust is an alliance of Poole and Dorset primary, secondary, alternative provision and special schools, with the shared aim of working collaboratively to improve outcomes for all students within our schools and beyond.
We deliver tailored training and support for Governors and Trustees situated across Dorset. Each course has been specifi cally created by experts from Sigma Teaching School, including National Leaders of Governance, to provide Governors and Trustees with the skills and knowledge to confi dently carry out their role in line with the Governor Competency Framework, and the New Inspection Framework from Ofsted.

Gateway To Essential Governance Training with Sigma Teaching School
In September 2019 we launched our NEWGET Governance training programme which offers Governor training packages for a cost effective, flexible one off annual cost which provides access to all our Governor training throughout the 2019-2020 academic year.
There are 3 options to choose from based on the number of Governors you wish to receive training, it doesn’t have to be the same Governor throughout the whole year either Should you wish to pay as you go, we also offer this option.
