Reach your goals
at Hellaby Hall Hotel
The beginning of a new year marks the perfect opportunity for a fresh start, particularly when it comes to overhauling your health, fitness and wellbeing.
At Hellaby Hall’s newly renovated health club and spa facilities, it has never been easier to stick to whatever goals you set for 2020.
If your plan is to feel and look fitter this year, then going to gym won’t feel like a chore at Bodyscene where the facilities on offer are now better than ever.
‘‘As a reward for working hard in the gym or reaching your 2020 goals, why not enjoy one of their indulgent treatments or beauty basics’’
There is a whole new cardiovascular area filled with machines to get your heart pumping, muscles working and calories burning. Along with fresh new décor, there has been huge investment by the owners into 20 new cardio machines including the legendary StairMaster Gauntlet for the ultimate all-round workout. If you are looking to build strength and tone up, the weights area has also been improved with heavier weights and Olympic- standard equipment.
For those looking for somewhere quieter to train, there is now a new Mind and Body studio upstairs, perfect for those who practice the mindful approaches of yoga and Pilates or members who want somewhere to stretch before an intense cardio or weights workout. The focus of the on-going improvements is to invest in Bodyscene members’ gym experience, with plans to create a more flexible and accessible environment whether a seasoned gym-goer or New Year newcomer. And one of the big draws all round is the leisure facilities included in membership, with access to a large heated pool, sauna and steam room. Looking after your physical health is important, but so too is your mental wellbeing. Hellaby Hall is also home to the Fretwell Beauty Spa which has been totally transformed to offer clients a relaxing and inviting experience. As a reward for working hard in the gym or reaching your 2020 goals, why not enjoy one of their indulgent treatments or beauty basics from waxing to manicures, massage to facials. With a wide range of ELEMIS treatments on offer, try a supercharged facial, detoxing salt scrub or the powerful BIOTEC anti- ageing facial to resurface, firm and lift skin for a youthful glow. For a real treat this winter, why not book one of their exclusive pamper packages which include access to the calming relaxation rooms and new outdoor secret garden with hot tub – yet another huge investment from the owners to keep improving Hellaby Hall.
