Stephen Kingshott Building Consultancy ltd (SKBC LTD) is owned and run by Stephen Kingshott, who is a qualifi ed Chartered Surveyor. Stephen boasts over 40 years experience in the building industry.
Stephen started work at Poole Borough Council in 1980 as a trainee building Inspector, it was from there that his successful career in the building industry started to grow. Then he moved to North Wiltshire District Council in 1984 and by 1986 Stephen was a fully qualifi ed Building Surveyor. He left in 1989 to start up his own planning and architectural practice.
Having mainly been based in the Wiltshire area for the past 30 years, Stephen has now moved back to his home town of Poole, living in the Broadstone area.
Recently Stephen’s daughter Katie has joined the practice, whilst studying the HNC Built Environment (Architectural Technology) course at Bournemouth and Poole College.
SKBC Ltd can offer you a range of services, such as:
