Novels That Shaped Our World – book display: A BBC panel of writers, curators and critics have picked 100 novels that have an impact on their lives. Come and see what they have chosen and add a novel that has shaped you too. January theme: Identity.


NEW! Chatterbooks Reading Group: Monday 20 January, 3.45-4.45pm: Are you aged between 8-11 years old? Do you like reading and talking about books? Do you like fun activities? Join our new children’s reading group, every third Monday of month.


Beginner’s Seated Pilates Class: Wednesday 22 January, 1-2pm: Book your place on a free class led by Lucy Purrier, Chartered Physiotherapist and Certifi ed APPI Pilates Instructor. Learn where your core muscles are and how to engage them with gentle postural strengthening and fl exibility exercises. Fun and small pilates equipment provided during the class!


Chinese New Year Craft: Saturday 25 January, drop-in all day: Celebrate the Year of the Rat with some fun crafts and activities. For ages 4-11.
