Retirements: If a non-member, please see ride organizer and pay day fee: all participants must sign a waiver and show proof of liability insurance. If you have not renewed your equine insurance yet: OTRA’S 2019 ride
schedule includes organized rides to the U.S. and Quebec. Please check with your insurance that you will be covered when outside Ontario. “National” does not automatically include for example Quebec as they have different provincial requirements!!and you will need to provide proof of insurance to participate in our rides. The Equine Trade Show, March 2nd, was a huge success. We picked up
new members, generated interest in OTRA and had a good time. After the long hard winter the trade show uplifting. On February 3, 2019 we lost a friend. Babs Ellis helped bring competitive
long distance riding to Ontario, was one of the founding “mothers” of OCTRA and the Rockwood Trail Riders. If you ever attended a Penatang ride, she was always one of the driving forces. Babs will be looking for new trails in heaven now. ...Anne Dales

1. Life is short! Get a horse, get another horse then a third horse, maybe that one needs a buddy, grab one more just in case.
