Director of citywide catering sales for Caesars Entertainment, Michele Polici, offers an overview of the brand’s loca- tions, as well as of the three Atlantic City properties, specifically.

In addition, opening in Las Vegas in 2020 will be the exciting Caesars FORUM, a new conference center with 500,000-square feet, which will include the two largest pillarless ballrooms in the world.
