Christmas Dinner Menu
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Served 6pm-9pm 4 Course menu
Slices of melon and pineapple with fresh fruit topped with a forest berry coulis
Large New Zealand mussels topped with a garlic, onion and tomato sauce Le Bistro's homemade fishcake with a creamy sweet chilli sauce
Oven baked goats cheese tart, set on tomato and red onion chutney, drizzled with honey
Garlic mushrooms served in a cream sauce with a slice of toasted garlic bread
Smooth liver pate served topped with plum chutney, salad and toast Prawn cocktail with mixed salad, lemon and marie-rose sauce Deep fried scampi served with salad and tartar sauce
Chef’s soup of the day or iced fruit sorbet
Breast of chicken with chestnut and leek stuffing, wrapped in bacon and oven roasted with a red wine sauce
Slow roasted lamb shank cooked in a mint and red currant jus, served on root mash
Roast turkey with chipolata bacon roll, Yorkshire pudding and cranberry tart
Le Bistro's homemade steak and venison pie, served with gravy and Henderson's relish
Pork loin, pan fried in butter coated with a mushroom, spring onion & cracked black pepper sauce
Le Bistro's Barnsley chop, oven roasted and served with a mint onion gravy (£5.95 extra for this dish)
Fillet of salmon served with a seafood bisque
Prime sirloin steak served with chips and onion rings or creamy pepper sauce and chips (£5.95 extra for this dish) Homemade vegetable moussaka served with a slice of warm garlic bread
