• The instructor reserves the right to place students in the appropriate class for their best training.


• Please refer to each class description for any skill requirements. Classes are based on skill levels, NOT age.


Tumbling and Cheerleading Classes release us from our earth-bound constraints and let us tone and train our bodies through a variety of fun-filled activities.


Qualified instructors will teach your child in a progressive, safe and positive environment. Our staff follows the U.S. Tumbling Association, Illinois High School Association, and the U.S. Cheerleading Association safety guidelines and is trained in proper skill progression.


The Batavia Park District is a member of the Illinois Park District Gymnastics, Tumbling and Cheerleading Conference and the Illinois Recreation Cheerleading Association.


Attire


Tumblers – Leotards, fitted t-shirts, or shorts. No buttons, zippers or jewelry. Hair pulled back from face.


Cheerleaders – Tennis shoes, shorts, and t-shirts. Jewelry is not allowed and hair is to be pulled back away from face for all classes.


Parents will be invited the last day of class to see child’s skills. Due to gym space, we do not have a viewing area. Parents Day will be scheduled and invites will be distributed.


New to program? Parents, please come in with your student on the first day to review the gym set up and help with your student’s first day experience.
