Trips Mystery in the Mansion RS
Begin with lunch at The Jacob Henry Mansion in Joliet. Don’t plan on leaving until the murder mystery is solved. There is a questionnaire to be completed and will be provided after registration. Lunch is pot roast with potato and steamed vegetable, salad, rolls, dessert, and coffee or tea. Please let us know in advance if you have dietary restrictions. Enjoy a self- guided tour of the mansion to finish up your day. Fee includes lunch, murder mystery, and transportation.

All is fair in love and war, correct? Here is an unpredictable, hilarious romantic comedy/thriller with witty dialogue and fascinating characters. Carol is being driven crazy by her charming monster of an ex-husband, Victor, and his new wife, who employ every trick in the book to end Carol’s alimony. When Carol has a passionate affair with Victor’s lawyer, they decide Victor has to die and the audience cheers its agreement. Lunch before the show includes pork loin with baked apples, wild rice risotto, steamed vegetables, dinner salad with tropical mango vinaigrette dressing, rolls, Memories Famous Fluff, and Tuxedo Torte for dessert. Tribute artist Frank Sternett has opened shows for many entertainers, such as the Four Tops, Frankie Avalon, Bobby Rydell, and Fabian. He doesn’t write the songs, but Frank will sing all of Barry’s hits this afternoon. Which one is your favorite? Is it Can’t Smile Without You, Mandy, or maybe Copacabana? It is sure to turn the Pines Playhouse into the hottest spot north of Havana! Lunch buffet before the entertainment includes three types of meat, a variety of homemade salads, vegetables, mashed potatoes and gravy, rolls, beverage, and dessert.
