Holiday Basketball Camp

The camp offers skills contests and a championship basketball game. Plus kids will learn techniques on shooting, dribbling, passing, speed and quickness, body balance, first step directional movements, floor spacing, basketball safety awareness and sportsmanship.

Holiday Flag Football Camp

Learn football safety fundamentals, aligning players’ bodies and giving them the best chance to avoid injury. Participants will also learn skill positions training, techniques on speed $ quickness, body balance, first step directional movements, football safety awareness and sportsmanship.

Kids will have a blast running, throwing, dodging, and ducking their way to victory: while getting their bodies in shape. Dodge ball games every session ending with a competitive championship game on the last day.

This is a developmental league with the focus being on skill building. All kids will play at least half of each game. Players of all skill levels will benefit. Teams will practice for half an hour and play their game immediately after. This will be a one day per week commitment. Jerseys will be provided for the players. Volunteer coaches will be needed.
