Kids’ Club East and Kids’ Club West are the best! This dynamic and successful program provides before and after school activities that are enriching and recreational in a well-supervised setting. It services families choosing care for children grades K-5. The before-school program hours are 6:30 to 8:45 am The after-school program hours are 3:30 (dismissal time) to 6:30 pm. Bussing is provided through school district shuttles and routes. The program’s philosophy is to offer the student opportunities and experiences encompassing both school and family value systems.


Children will partake in daily activities, which include but are not limited to gym/sports activities, science, Character Counts themed projects, arts and crafts, movies and homework tutoring. This program will run in conjunction with the school calendar. To keep rates reasonable, a $1 per minute, per staff member late fee will be assessed for a child that is picked up after 6:30 pm. Please note: For safety assurance of participants, registration is taken in person at the Civic Center, 327 W. Wilson St. Registration is not available online. A non-refundable registration fee of $155 is due at time of enrollment. Registration will be closed for new enrollment between the evening of August 10 and August 30. However, a participant may be waitlisted during that time. We appreciate your cooperation in making this a safe and successful program for all of our participants.

• Withdrawals and changes of attendance are due before the 1st of the month prior to the change. No refunds for lesser commitments, cancellations or withdrawals will be provided after April 1, 2019, for the current school year.


• Registration taken for Kindergarten Enrichment after the first open house is automatically waitlisted until the end of the registration period.


We know life has demands so we’ve created this convenient offering as a practical solution for impromptu situations that require you to find alternate supervision for your child with little advance notice. Fast Pass is available to current Kids’ Club participants. Fast Pass offers flexibility for working


guardians and supports our mission to provide a safe environment for children, by allowing participants to attend an extra day beyond their normal Kids’ Club commitment. Fast Pass is sold in sets of four visits.


Absentee Notice: Fast Pass policy asks guardians to contact Site Supervisors on the site’s absentee hotline for Fast Pass attendance the day of, or in person for situations that lend a bit of advance notice.

All fast passes need to be used within the school year of purchase. Example: if purchased in 2017/2018 school year the pass is not valid in August 2018. To keep rates reasonable we do not honor exchanges or pro-rate the fast pass.
