Basketball Fundamentals RM
Let’s hoop it up! Players will learn fundamental basketball skills and safety techniques to make them game ready. There will be a skills contest and championship game. Plus, techniques for shooting, dribbling, passing, floor spacing, basketball safety awareness and sportsmanship.

Feel the excitement of scoring a goal! Kids will learn soccer techniques that will give them confidence and skills. Coaches combine body balance and speed drills with fun soccer drills, making this program ideal for beginners and advanced players. In addition, kids will be challenged to increase soccer skills and safety through a focus on fundamentals, which include first step directional movements, ball handling, headers, goalie positioning, and sportsmanship. The program concludes with a championship soccer game.

Play soccer! Coaches will prepare players prior to games. Skills will be taught and refined, including directional movements, ball handling, passing, goal scoring, headers, field positioning, goalie positioning, and safety. Teams will be selected by the coach to be fair and balanced for the best competition. A championship game will take place on the last day of the program.

This program prepares and challenges all players through fun and competitive baseball drills, developing skills that maximize potential. Players will participate in batting, fielding, pitching, base running, and throwing. Body balance and first step directional movements will aid in strengthening their play in the field and in the batter’s box.
