Girls Softball Fundamentals
RM
Players will be challenged through drills and games which will be fun and competitive. This program is excellent for softball fundamentals, safety, and skills training. Skills covered are pitching, hitting, fielding, running, position training, batting techniques, body balance, throwing, directional movements, base running and sportsmanship. Approximately 50% of the time will be devoted to fundamentals and 50% will be dedicated to game activity.

Flag Football Fundamentals RM
This league, players focus on safety, skills, and preparation by participating in competitive drills for the first two weeks. Games will be played for 55 minutes starting week three with players assigned to a team for the remainder of the session. The game consists of Thousand 5 rush, 80 by the 30-yard field with two end zones, one middle of the field first down. Coaches prepare football plays in huddles, kids gain confidence in making a play safely and skillfully. Everyone plays!

It’s a four week season of flag football games! Players will be assigned to a team and the championship game will be the final week. Field and rules are the same as Flag Football Fundamentals, and this program is intended to supplement and build on the fundamentals experience.
