provided properties that are carefully chosen for their perfect location and luxury interiors but with a first class concierge service thrown in too… and so Luxury Devon Escapes was formed. For Brooke and Gemma, it’s really important that owners as well as guests feel looked after and sup- ported which is why they bring a flexible and versatile approach to a very competitive market. As well as offering their incredibly popular and cost effective standard letting
and management packages, they understand that many owners prefer to retain control of their holiday lets and need access to a professional website that successfully advertises and promotes their property without booking fees, commission fees and hidden costs which is why Luxury Devon Escapes also provides the option to list your property only for an annual fee of £99. For this one off payment, owners receive exceptional customer service from Brooke and Gemma as well as a reliable and professional source of advertising, allowing unlimited minor changes to the listing throughout the year. Today, Luxury Devon Escapes
has grown into a fully established holiday letting and property manage- ment company, working closely with owners to deliver beautiful and com- fortable homes that allow guests feel the stress melt away from the moment they arrive. Whether you’re travelling alone or as part of a group, Brooke and Gemma want your holiday to be truly unforgettable, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Whether your perfect holiday is action packed or a quiet retreat, their local knowledge and local connections means they can sprinkle that little bit of magic that makes holidays so special. Their job is to optimise your holiday experience; your job is to just enjoy it.•
