New Managing Director at TBM Consulting Group

LLEP welcomes three new faces to the team
The Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership (LLEP) team has expanded in order to help even more businesses. Ella Mistry joins as Events and Engagement Officer, Ian Evley comes in as Business Adviser and Declan Shepherd is the new Marketing and Communications Officer. Ella said: “I am excited to be
involved in delivering great events locally to lots of brilliant businesses to help them grow and develop.” Declan said: “It’s a great opportunity to engage with local businesses and highlight the services we offer to help them reach their full potential.” Ian added: “I am looking

Heavyweight deal-maker joins Shoosmiths

Lee takes the wheel at John Pye
Nottingham-based John Pye Auctions has appointed Lee Mabbutt as its new Head of Vehicles to enhance its used vehicle offering and expand its reach into trade, fleet and private sectors as part of its ambitious 50th anniversary growth strategy. Joining John Pye Auctions from British Car
Auctions, where he worked as a remarketing manager, Lee brings with him 28 years’ experience in the industry, including extensive experience of the whole remarketing service chain with vehicle manufacturers, fleet and rental operators, dealers and traders in the UK, Middle East and Africa. Lee joins John Pye Auctions as it celebrates its
50th year of business, which will see the company working on a number of business development fronts to bolster its client and customer service offerings across each of its five departments; John Pye Vehicles, John Pye Luxury, John Pye Property, John Pye Business Assets and John Pye Retail. Lee said: “I am very excited to be joining such a
fast-growing and ambitious business, which is already well known in the used vehicle industry and has even more potential for growth. Lee Mabbutt New partner at Bates Weston
Stuart Hulland has been appointed as a partner at Bates Weston, having been with the business advisers and chartered accountants for the past 15 years - training and qualifying at the firm. He has extensive SME experience and, more recently,
has been the driving force behind the firm’s adoption of Xero online accounting software. Stuart said: “I am proud to have my efforts
recognised by the firm and I am looking forward to developing our cloud-based offering even further. Xero allows us to focus on providing advice that makes a difference to our client’s business today, not simply reporting on what happened in the past.” Glyn Evans, Managing Partner at the firm, added:
