Jilly Riley

ROCKING at Rawmarsh

Forget Wireless, Glasto and even V; this year there’s a newcomer to the festival stage as Rawmarsh gets ready to ROCK!

For the very first time, the stage will be set at Roundwood Farm this June as Little Wolf Events hosts a family music festival, Rawmarsh Rocks.

Bringing communities together through music, grab your wellies and bring your singing voices as a host of local and professional talent echoes across Rotherham. It’s not Black Magic; the girls from Mini Mixx will be spreading their Wings and proving they’ve got the Power as they perform hits from pop favourites, Little Mix.

Anya Lace

As Stars in their Eyes’ highest scoring Meat Loaf impersonator, Matt Shaw will be taking the words right out of your mouth as he transforms into the Bat Out of Hell star. Fresh from The Voice’s Team JHud, psychedelic soul artist Jilly Riley brings her unique hippy vibe with a mix of funk, blues, rock and hip-hop.

Once part of Sheffield’s 80’s band The Sharp Cuts who performed for Princess Diana and Richard Branson, guitarist Steve Delaney will bring a touch of rock n roll to the event from 50’s classics to the present day.

Somebody told us to get ready to rock and roll as The Score bring us classics from Stereophonics, Kings of Leon, Foo Fighters and The Killers.

Bringing a local flavour to the event, there will be bags of South Yorkshire talent with the likes of indie rock soloist Lennon Green with his homage to Oasis and Stone Roses; Anya-Lace, the beautiful girl with

Davey Wilson

the stunning voice; and acoustic performer Davey Wilson going from Stevie Wonder to Ed Sheeran. And excited for their first outdoor festival, The Banned - a group of born entertainers from Social Eyes who all have learning disabilities or autism - are getting ready to rock the stage while raising awareness and acceptance for people with disabilities.
