Hall Quarry Beach e Group Rates
Plan a picnic or company outing at the Quarry for your employees and their families.
Our group events are affordable, fun, and special rates are available!
GROUP RATE GUIDELINES
• Groups may have a sponsor pay their admission fee
• A group consists of 10 or more persons
• Reservation form must be completed no later than one day prior to the group’s outing
• The ratio of children age 12 or younger to adults shall not exceed 10:1

HALL QUARRY BEACH POLICIES AND GROUP INFORMATION
• Tickets are required for all group members age three and older.
• Fee for groups whose sponsor is located within the Batavia Park District residence boundaries: $4.00 per person.
• Fee for groups whose sponsor is NOT located within the Batavia Park District residence boundaries: $6.00 per person.
• Group swimmers who have a current Quarry season pass should not purchase a group ticket.
• Minimum group is 10 people. (Excluding season pass holders.)
• The ratio of children age 12 or younger to adults shall not exceed 10 to 1.
• All Hall Quarry Beach safety rules must be observed. • Remittance must accompany reservation.

• Tickets must be purchased no later than one day prior to the group’s outing.
• No additional group tickets may be purchased on the day of the outing.
• Refunds are not granted for no-shows.
• Events which are rained out may be rescheduled with the Aquatics Supervisor.
• Picnic tables and grills are not able to be reserved.
• Checks are to be made payable to the “Batavia Park District.”
• Alcoholic beverages and glass containers are not permitted at the Hall Quarry Beach.
• Children under the age of 30 months must wear a swim diaper or rubber/plastic pants before they may enter the water or play on the beach.
