Bulldogs Unleashed – Learn more about the Bulldogs Unleashed public art project and stop by City Hall to peruse a party of painted pups! Vote by making a $1 suggested donation to select “Best in Show” in two categories: Kids and Adults. All proceeds benefit the Bulldogs Unleashed fundraiser. Winners will be announced on the Main Stage at 3:45 pm. Location: City Council Chambers
