Active Adults Women’s Chorus RS
Experience the four-part harmony, a capella style of singing known as barbershop, an American art form having its roots at the turn of the 20th century. Women and girls ages 12+ will join in an established chorus rehearsal, will be taught proper singing posture, and proper breathing techniques. During the session, participants will learn a variety of vocal warm-up exercises, will learn one new song along with the chorus, as well as join in the singing of established chorus repertoire. All skill levels are welcome; no previous music experience is necessary. Music is provided. Participants under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult.
