Active Adults Tai Chi RS
Tai chi is a soft martial art with roots in kung-fu. The flowing and graceful movements of tai chi can reduce stress and anxiety, improve balance and body control, increase the feeling of peace and well-being, promote health and healing, and be used as a means of self-defense. Learn the breathing, movement, and philosophy of tai chi and begin to practice this ancient art form of “meditation in motion.” This class is open to new and returning students.
