With the end of the school year approaching, summer is a wonderful time to catch up on professional develop-
ment. This past year, NJ elementary music educators could earn PD hours by participating in online professional development sessions. The sessions included learning how to utilize Seesaw (student digital learning journals) in the el- ementary music classroom; using technology for assessment; using technology for ice breakers; flipping the elementary music classroom; and ten tech tools to assist with an elementary concert. All of these webinars can be found at http://
amymburns.com/webinars/. Feel free to listen to these webinars over the summer, write up a summary, answer the question at the end of the webinar, and send it to me at
amywillisburns@gmail.com. I will send you a PD certificate upon completion. All of these webinars will be available throughout the summer so you can attend them whenever it works best for you!
