122 BUSINESS NEWS Growing success

Marketing Delivery, a specialist provider of eCRM and social media marketing services within the automotive sector, is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2018, and attributes much of its success to its fast-growing, dedicated team drawn from across Kent and East Sussex. Over the past decade the company has gone from strength to strength to secure a market-leading position. In the past three years alone, Marketing Delivery has more than doubled its annual turnover and, in the same period, has created more than 12 new employment opportunities for local people.

Based in Frant, the company is investing in its employees and takes great pride in supporting career development opportunities. Since starting out,

Marketing Delivery has taken on three apprentices – two of which are now account assistants after successfully completing Digital Marketing Level 3 and Business Administration Level 2 courses. The newest apprentice is currently completing his Business Administration Level 2 course. In March this year, specialist training and recruitment agency, Runway Training awarded Marketing Delivery the Employer of the Year accolade, and two of the company’s apprentices were commended fi nalists in their categories.
