NOURISH FESTIVAL, now in its fifth year, has become synonymous with fine food, craft and music of the highest quality presented in the heart of Bovey Tracey. The festival, set in the heart of the town, is a weekend


of events designed to feed the body, mind and the senses. The Nourish Food & Drink Festival will fill


Bovey’s high street with some of the best producers from the south west on Saturday, September 1. We invite producers of the widest possible variety of excellent food with two simple criteria – they make the best and they live in the south west. Expect artisan cheeses, preserves, bread, cakes, cordials, vegetables, herbs, beer, wine, liqueurs, cider, relishes, pates, handmade chocolates, oils, pies and even speciality mushrooms. Festival in association with Devon Life returns for another successful year celebrating the very best in street food in Devon. Nourish will feature an eclectic, exciting and, above all, a delicious mix of street food. Expect Caribbean, Indian, Spanish and Moroccan flavours, wood-fired Italian pizza, French crepes, Mexican street food, fish delicacies, a proper pie and possibly the best burger you will ever taste. Set in the intimate surroundings of St Peter, St Paul


and St Thomas Church, The Nourish Music programme takes place on August 31 to September 1 and will this year present Fournier Trio, one of the leading young chamber ensembles in the UK and will appear with Peter Whyman, a highly-regarded international soloist who has performed at most of the world’s greatest concert halls. Also appearing are Zephyrus, the English Bagpipe Orchestra offering the
