Bovey Tracey Youth Café


BOVEY Tracey Youth Café provides a free drop-in facility where young people aged ten to 18 can relax in a safe and caring setting, become involved in a range of activities and buy hot food and snacks.


WE offer a range of indoor activities including music, arts and crafts, games, pool and air hockey table, laptops with internet access, Wii, Xbox and PS3.


WE provide opportunities for volunteer work at the Youth Café for older teenagers to increase their confidence, achieve a sense of responsibility and promote themselves as positive role models.


WE raise drugs and alcohol awareness, working with our local drugs and alcohol agencies.


WE facilitate referrals and signpost young people to information i.e. smoking, sexual health, healthy eating and alcohol.


WE offer support and help on employment and training through our partnerships with local organisations.


WE are involved in local community events such as The Contemporary Craft Festival and also hold a number of fundraising events to help raise vital funds for the café.
