Sports Baseball Fundamentals RM


This program prepares and challenges all players through fun and competitive baseball drills. They will develop skills that maximize potential. Players will participate in batting, fielding, pitching, base running, and throwing, through proven baseball techniques. Body balance, and first step directional movements will aid in strengthening their play in the field and in the batter’s box.

Girls Softball Fundamentals FEE $70 $70 RM


Players will be challenged through drills and games which will be fun and competitive. This program is excellent for softball fundamentals, safety, and skills training. Skills covered are pitching, hitting, fielding, running, position training, batting techniques, body balance, throwing, directional movements, base running and sportsmanship. Approximately 50% of the time will be devoted to fundamentals and 50% will be dedicated to game activity.

Flag Football Fundamentals (Ages 6-8)

This league will focus on safety, skills, and preparation by participating in competitive drills for the first two weeks. Games will be played for 55 minutes starting week three with players assigned to a team for the remainder of the session. The game consists of Thousand 5 rush, 80 by 30 yard field with two end zones, one middle of field first down. Coaches prepare football plays in huddles, kids gain confidence in making a play safely and skillfully. Everyone plays!
