Lighthouse Offers Complete Pool Solution

ABOVE: RolloSolar covers completes the Lighthouse Pools’ construction solution.

With the recent addition of RolloSolar covers to its existing high- end offerings of Zodiac and Riviera Pool, Lighthouse Pools are now able to supply and support an unrivalled complete solution to pool builders and retailers.

RolloSolar is a family run business that has built its strong position in the German market over the last 30 years and prides itself in the ability to manufacture pool covers to suit any application. The company manufactures its designs and developments on site in Bad- Toelz, near Munich, where a specialist team of engineers make sure each cover’s design and construction is second to none. Comments Daniel Phillips of Lighthouse Pools: “On a recent visit to the factory it was clear to see how proud the engineers were of their products, and the quality of the workshops aired a sense of true ‘German engineering’.

FACTORY SHOWCASE

“From the in-house stainless steel fabrication, through to the assisted robotic slatted cover production, the factory felt more like a showcase for production excellence,” he adds. The in-roller motor, designed in house and built on site, boasts a minimum use time of over 3000 hours which in turn offers an operating life span of over 10 years. The extruded profiles, similarly in-house designed, offer a five year warranty, as you would expect on such a high quality product.

With a full range of installations available, i.e. in-pit, cave, pool floor and top mounted bench, there is an option for all new and existing pools. To compliment every installation there are options for

pit housing covers, support rails, complete benches and separating walls in a multitude of colours as well as the options ready to tile to match the pool.

A range of slat colours are available including White, Blue, Grey,

Ivory, transparent and various coloured solar versions, there is also a RAL colour service offered for those customers looking for that special effect in the pool of their dreams.

Slats are of the highest quality available in three widths from the 9/50mm entry level slat to 13/60mm and 15/80mm four chamber PVC or Polycarbonate slats, maximising floatation whilst reducing the possible build-up of algae. We are also able to offer foam filled slats from the Eco cover range. “Along with the Rollo Solar, we have the automated in-ground dry pit system which will be on display at SPATEX 2018 and is something not to be missed,” reveals Daniel. “With the high pedigree of suppliers and the quality of the desirable products they are able to offer, it is clear to see that Lighthouse is offering a step up against the competition,” he adds. “We aim to go the extra mile to ensure that our customers don’t feel left in the dark.” The Lighthouse Pools team will be on stand E34 at the SPATEX exhibition from January 30 to February 1 at Coventry’s Ricoh stadium.
