of the team.


pharmacists/managers – Pharmacy Management & Leadership is a six- day programme running feb-Dec with Institute of leadership & management level 5 accreditation.


the programme is delivered in small groups providing the opportunity to interact with peers from around NI. In addition to upskilling key staff, the business can benefit from the insights gained from the assignments.


New /prospective managers – Business Skills for Pharmacy is a two-day programme providing an introduction to business and management. It is also a great way to gauge the interest and aptitude of staff for management positions.


All staff can benefit from skills development such as How to Manage Difficult Situations – a great way to boost staff confidence in dealing with all-too-common situations and achieve a positive outcome. content covers how to manage upset or abusive customers, suspected shoplifting and even friction between colleagues.

Essential skills such as Emergency First Aid at Work (one-day course) and Health & Safety (part-day or evening) offer great value training and all our courses can be delivered in your area.


we have received excellent feedback on our programmes and can deliver any course at our offices in holywood Road, Belfast or we can arrange to come to a venue nearer to you.


Apprenticeships NI can also be delivered to young recruits covering a range of courses suitable for the retail environment. Suitable for staff aged 24 or under, these courses are fully- funded by the Dept of Economy with a £500 employer incentive on completion.


there are a range of courses suitable for the retail environment and can include Essential Skills in maths & English.


the apprenticeships are delivered in the pharmacy in one-hour sessions over twelve weeks with onsite assessments and learning sessions. plus, each apprentice can complete more than one course.
