When the mystery shopper entered the premises, each staff member was busy with some aspect of their job and he noted that they were all applying a very professional attitude to what they were doing while, at the same time, interacting in a very friendly and personable way with their customers. They seemed, he said, to be ‘working well together’.


Hamill’s Pharmacy Portadown


On approach, the mystery shopper found the entrance to the pharmacy clean and clear, with no unnecessary clutter. Inside, he was greatly impressed by the neatness and cleanliness of the merchandise areas, floor and display. The shopper noted that, although it was quite busy at the time, the team members were all giving the customers and patients their full attention.


Calwell Chemist Whitehead


The external appearance of Calwell Chemist, which is located in the heart of the scenic seaside village, greatly impressed the mystery shopper. The store was bright and well-lit, with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Team members behind the counter were extremely discreet and professional in handling the customer prescription requests.

The mystery shopper, who judged this category, was impressed by the bright and welcoming appearance of the premises, especially by the candles and scented items which were strategically placed near the entrance, creating an inviting scent. The level of customer service was also excellent, with all team members acknowledging his arrival with a smile and a warm welcome.
