LloydsPharmacy Castlerock
The appearance of the North Atlantic coastal town’s LloydsPharmacy branch greatly impressed the mystery shopper with its well-stocked shelves, clear labelling and attractive display. But it was the welcome from the staff that particularly impacted the shopper, who commented that the pharmacy ‘had a welcoming atmosphere and a very personal feeling’. He concluded by saying that he would be happy to recommend it to a friend or colleague. High praise indeed!
Clear Pharmacy Banbridge
The mystery shopper was highly impressed by the appearance of the team members at this Clear Pharmacy branch. All of the staff were wearing uniforms and name badges and each person was ‘properly groomed and well presented’. The shopper felt that the team worked extremely well together. The advice provided by the pharmacist, Adam, was also detailed and informative and delivered in a confident, personable manner.
Boots Ballyclare
The mystery shopper, who judged this category, was impressed not only by the overall appearance of the pharmacy itself, but by the service provided by both the pharmacist and the rest of the team. The advice that he received from the pharmacist regarding his medical complaint was excellent and he was particularly impressed by the fact that she checked his medical history. The shopper concluded that he ‘would happily visit this store again’ in light of the service.
Pharmacy Plus Stranmillis, Belfast
Based on the capital’s Stranmillis Road, Pharmacy Plus impressed the mystery shopper, who judged this category, so much that he said that, although the pharmacy wasn’t local to him, following his visit, he would make a point of visiting the pharmacy again! What particularly impressed him was the fact that the staff members spent time with both him and other customers on an individual basis, going out of their way to help.
