t’s hard to believe that 2017 marked the fifth year of the Shere Hill Climb, and its popularity continues to grow. Each year the event has been well oversubscribed and this year the entry list expanded to 170 vehicles with almost as many turned down. The fact that the event is run by a small team of enthusiastic amateurs makes its phenomenal success all the more amazing. This year it was enhanced by a parade of 20 Daimler SP250s and a similar number of Cobras. Shere is designed to be relaxed and friendly with plenty of time to chat to drivers in the paddock. Cars
