The Importance Of Regular Stretching

Do you suffer with aching muscles and unwanted tension in your neck/shoulders? Do you never seem to fi nd that all important time for yourself? Do you wish to feel more fl exible, strong and balanced? Then VeraFlow is defi nitely for you!

VeraFlow is the only stretch class with music and mindfulness that allows you to fi nd your true fl ow in body and mind. There’s no other class like it. Once you experience it, you will never want to miss a class! Each movement fl ows purposefully into a stretch and moves so seamlessly into the next. It’s almost instinctive.

The moves are suitable for all ages/abilities and you can progress completely at your own pace. You will soon fi nd that your muscles will be strengthened, yet relaxed and loose and your posture and core strength will improve.

My participants are seeing constant changes to their bodies, and some have even said that they leave feeling as if they have had a full body massage!

Do come along and join us in Corfe Mullen on Mondays (10.35am), Tuesdays (7.45pm) and Saturdays (9.15am). Contact me for details – I look forward to meeting you!
