DRESS IN LAYERS WHILE STAYING SAFE

Do you place high demands on your workwear? Should it be functional, comfortable and meet the highest safety requirements even at changing weather conditions?

The Mascot Safe Supreme range offers staff the possibility to dress in layers suited to their profession.

HIGH VISIBILITY

High visibility is important in many industries and with this range, the worker can create functional combinations of his/her favourite product types. Just as the individual worker has different needs for the workwear, the weather also differs. The Mascot range meets the highest requirements in comfort and durability, while holding the safety

certification EN ISO 20471 for high visibility clothing.

The range combines many advanced and thoroughly tested fabric qualities and the different product types take into account different temperatures and seasons, with, for example, a thermal jacket, a thermal vest, a quilted hooded jumper and a soft-shell jacket.

INDIVIDUAL PREFERENCES – PRODUCTS THAT SUIT INDIVIDUAL WORKING DAYS To dress in layers can be difficult. You want to be able to adjust the workwear to the outside temperature and/or working pace. However, when removing a jacket, you have to be sure to stay within the safety requirements of the workplace. Mascot’s range offers a high safety class which is easily achievable by layering products so you have

comfort, temperature regulation and safety in mind.

The base layer (1) should keep you dry. Clothes with moisture wicking abilities that will transfer moisture away from the body are preferable. Combine, for example, a moisture wicking thermal under shirt with the Mascot Kendal trousers and you can achieve safety class 2 according to EN ISO 20471.

The middle layer (2) should be insulating and breathable. By combining a sweatshirt, for example the Mascot Wigton, with a gilet you ensure that you will not get cold when working in a stiff wind. Whatever you wear the sweatshirt alone or combined with a gilet you can achieve the safety class you need. If the weather demands extra protection, an outer layer (3) that is wind and waterproof or water-repellent is needed.

SKF Marine Condition Monitoring Kit Set your course for improved reliability
