When the owners Linda and Helge decided to refurbish and launch the restaurant locally, a unique concept was crucial. Together with head chef Miguel Andres they created a menu based on seasonal and local ingredients, no added preservatives and exquisite tastes. Combined with an ambient atmosphere, stylish décor and excellent service, they aspire to offer a dining experience unlike any on the Costa Blanca coast.


The a la carte menu will change with the season, and feature dishes from around the world with a Fusion 8 twist. Quality ingredients, delicious tastes and beautiful presentation are key components of each dish. The meat is sourced from a hormone free supplier and all the food is made from scratch. The menu also caters for diners with intolerance, allergies and dietary restrictions like gluten, lactose/casein, low-carb and vegetarian. Special additions to the menu include a daily menu, tasting menu and chefs specials.
