SAY HELLO TO BEAU BEAU
This lovely Labradoodle is Beau Beau, the precious pooch of our fabulous Customer Care Receptionist Emma Marie, who has owned beautiful Beau Beau since April.
Beau Beau, who’ll be celebrating her first birthday on Christmas Eve, likes nothing better than tucking into her favourite puppy treats and enjoying long walks along country lanes and through the fields.

Crème Brûlée Serves 8
Ingredients
12 Egg yolks-12 225g Caster Sugar 240ml Milk 675ml Cream-675ml 1 Vanilla Pod
Method 1. Whisk Egg Yolks and sugar together.
2. Halve the vanilla pod and scrape the seeds out and add them to the cream and milk then bring to the boil.
3. Once cream has boiled whisk hot mixture over the eggs and sugar slowly so the mixture doesn’t split/scramble.
4. Pour the mixture evenly into 8 moulds or ramekins and place in a deep sided tray and

Brynted was very excited as he went up the stairs to bed. Why, because the lucky bear had been invited to a special fancy dress Halloween party being held at Brynteg. As he drifted off to sleep, Brynted began to wonder what he could wear. Next morning Brynted was woken
