Cape May County,NJ
www.thejerseycape.com
Cape May, NJ is a popular destination for a variety of water activities, including dolphin and whale watching charters, as well as fishing boats
Located at the southernmost tip of New Jersey, Cape May County boasts more than 30 miles of sugary-white sandy beach that winds along the Atlantic Ocean and con- nects the resort towns of Ocean City, Sea Isle City, Avalon, Stone Harbor, the Wildwoods and Cape May.
With the Atlantic Ocean on the east, Delaware Bay to the west and channels, sounds and inland waterways - it’s all about the water here, from deep sea fishing to back bay crabbing, paddling a kayak to riding a wave runner in Cape May County, there’s defi- nitely something about the water that attracts visitors to the Jersey Cape.
Perhaps the most noteworthy attractions next to the beaches are miles of wooden walkways bordering the beaches in Ocean City and the Wildwoods with roller coast- ers, bumper cars, ferris wheels and waterparks for every member of the family. Ocean City’s boardwalk has Gillian’s Wonderland Pier and Playland Park; and in the Wildwoods, it’s Morey’s Piers with three locations.
