For a unique display that's literally good enough to eat, a "Living SaladWall" is built to hold different types of lettuce in square sec- tions. Attendees can select the salad of their choice and carry it in a martini glass that gives the course a spectacular finishing touch.
Catering By Design’s international waffle sta- tion boasts a variety of mouthwatering waffle creations, such as the Turkey Veloute on sweet potato waffles with cranberry compote gar- nish, or Irish Waffles,which are potato waffles topped with lamb stew or corned beef and cabbage with a mustard cream sauce.

boneless buttermilk marinated chicken that's coated in seasoned flour, fried and placed on top of a waffle with chicken gravy. Mexican Waffles feature cheddar chili cornbreadwaffles topped with chicken, beef or shrimp in a rich cilantro and chorizo sausage sauce,or as fajitas with salsa and sour cream, while South Carolina Waffles are topped with sautéed shrimp in sausage gravy.
Just a few of the numerous groups that have selected Catering By Design for events include: Philadelphia Chapter of Meeting Professionals International; the Independence Foundation; Glenmede Trust; and the Blank Rome Law Firm. With a list of about 1,000 clients, the caterer has tempted the taste buds of attendees at several presidential campaign events and provided themenu at a number of venues such as the Michener Art Museum and the College of Physicians of Philadelphia.
