On site support at the Wildwoods Convention Center includes: trade show planning assistance; help in arranging activities and entertainment programs; recommendations for sightseeing and recreational activities; housing assistance; bid presenta- tions; help in generating media cover- age and publicity; color slides or digi- tal photography; an information table at registration; as well as marketing and advertising support (copying, faxing, nametags, etc.).
Among the unique features of the center is its Teflon-coated fabric roof that creates an attractive, acoustically stable interior that floods the show floor with natural sunlight during the day and permits interior lights to illu- minate the roof at night. It also offers spectacular floor-to-ceiling ocean views from the outside deck, main exhibit hall and lobby area.
The boardwalk extension of the cen- ter allows for direct access to the boardwalk and beach between meet- ings. The convention center also fea- tures glass doors that open to allow ocean breezes to blow inside, con- venient loading docks that can accommodate large tractor-trailers, on site parking for more than 700 vehicles, plus a talented staff of event planning, marketing and culinary experts.
